University, Take 3

Have Orientation at Uni tomorrow...for the third time! First time was when I was a spritely little green-horn directly out of high school. A spritely little green-horn with no clue what I wanted to do. So of course I took the route everyone with no clue does: Teaching. Due to my pathetic marks (don't choose to have your teenage rebellion in year 12), I went to a pathetic uni with the plan to change uni's for my second year. Of course, what I didn't take into account was a pathetic uni had pathetic course subjects that don't correlate with any of the decent uni's (QUT, Griffith, UQ etc) so come second year I had to start first year all over again. So begins second orientation. There I am, not quite so spritely but still a green-horn for city living and I decide to narrow my course down to Primary teaching. Reasoning: They're little brats and I'm bigger so intimidation is on my side. What I didn't take into account was how intimidating a group of 26 under 8's are. Not to mention pervy. Two year three boys looking up my skirt. But that's a story for another time. So back to uni, second year comes around and it's time for my first prac and in the first week i reach the conclusion: TEACHING IS NOT FOR ME. How did I reach this conclusion. I remembered I hated children. Didn't help that every teacher I talked to recommended to "get out now because teaching is the worst, most underpaid job in queensland". So now we have Orientation for the third time, this time in Business Accountancy. Better luck this time.

Hmmm, what to tell. When I'm a uni student in my second year of Primary Teaching Degree. I'm also a huge fan of anime and cosplaying and as my deviant name suggests, I'm a Yaoi Fangirl...I blame Luthien-Ikari for corrupting me!
